The Fifth Pastor’s Anniversary Service honoring Pastor Tommy L. and First Lady Ruth C. Brown will be held on Sunday, October 20 during 10:30 Service. Our special guests will be Pastor Michael Bray at 7:30 Service and Pastor C.J.R. Phillips, Jr. at 10:30 Service.
All auxiliary / ministry leaders are encouraged to attend the 2020 Spending Plan Meeting on Tuesday, October 22 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.
Everyone is encouraged to attend our Annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 26, 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. There will be food, games, and so much more. We need individually-wrapped candy for the festival. Please bring your candy and place it in the marked bins in the foyers.
All High School Seniors are invited to the scholarship meeting on Monday, October 28 at 7:00 p.m. in the Life Center Conference Room. The discussion topic is essay writing. If you have a current essay, please bring it to the meeting. An English teacher will be our guest speaker.
If you are a NMZ member and your family needs assistance this Christmas with providing gifts for your child, please pick up a Joy of Giving Recipient Information Packet located at the Hospitality Desk (Carport Foyer). Sunday, November 10 is the last day to pick up a packet and return it to the box marked “Recipient Information Form”.
Thanksgiving Food Boxes will be available on Saturday, November 23 for NMZ members who are unemployed, whose spouse is unemployed, or who are a Senior Saint and want to prepare their own Thanksgiving dinner. Please contact the Church Office or a Deaconess by Sunday, November 10 to add your name to the Food Box list.
The 2019 NMZ Christmas Gala will be held on Friday, December 13. Registration will resume on Sunday, October 27 after 7:30 and 10:30 Services.
