Grief Ministry

The New Mount Zion Grief Ministry's mission is to extend the hand of Christ as we comfort the bereaved through phone calls, sending cards, and making home visits when there is a loss of an immediate family member.              

Another component of Grief Ministry is GriefShare. “With GriefShare, the grieving learn how to walk the journey of grief and be supported on the way.”  It is a support group designed to help you rebuild your life. We know it hurts, and we want to help!

SURVIVING THE HOLIDAYS

The holiday season is quickly approaching and we have many people in our church body who may struggle with loss during this time.  NMZ strives to open our arms wide and envelope our sisters and brothers with the love of God.  Prayerfully, this program will help them to process some of the pain and loneliness of the season.   November 16th at 10am (Click Here to Register)
